Award-winning book celebrates Dundas!
Published in October 2021, this book includes over 130 of Danuta’s illustrations of Dundas’ homes and historical buildings. The book offers six walking routes through the Valley Town, with history and anecdotes accompanying the paintings.
In early 2022, Danuta (artist) and Kasia (designer) were recognized by the Hamilton Municipal Heritage Committee (HMHC) and received ‘The Art of Heritage’ Award for their work on this book.
Hello, I’m Danuta
My education led me to become a graphic designer, but my creative spirit always wandered. I’m a multi-passionate artist and enjoy creating in many art forms, including; paintings, drawing, pyrography, window art, murals, and architectural sketches.
I run my creative practice, Art of Design - Dundas Forever Studio, in Dundas - Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
